Distribution of Mortarboards, Graduation Gowns, and Stoles
DISTRIBUTION OF MORTARBOARDS, GRADUATION GOWNS, AND STOLES
For our institute’s Graduation Ceremony, the distribution of mortarboards, graduation gowns, and stoles will take place between 30 June and 18 July 2025 at the Health, Culture and Sports Department Storage located in Building E of the Food Engineering Department.
Students who will participate in the Graduation Ceremony are required to obtain their mortarboard, gown, and stole according to the following instructions:
- Students may collect their mortarboards, gowns, and stoles from Monday, 30 June 2025, onwards at the Health, Culture and Sports Department Storage located in Building E of the Food Engineering Department (between 09:30–12:00 and 13:00–16:30), upon submitting the payment for the “Gown Usage Fee” to the IBAN below, together with the original copies of the “Annex-1 Mortarboard, Gown, and Stole Information Form” and the payment receipt.
- The gown usage fee is 1,200 TRY. Of this amount, 1,000 TRY is collected as a deposit and will be refunded after the use of the gown; 200 TRY will be retained by the institution as a maintenance and repair fee.
- After the ceremony, students can return their mortarboards, gowns, and stoles (as a complete set) to the designated return points either at the Food Stands Section in the Festival Area on Graduation Day or at the Movable Property Registration Unit of the Health, Culture and Sports Department. To request a deposit refund, students must submit the “Annex-2 Mortarboard, Gown, and Stole Deposit Return Form” fully completed, which is also attached to the announcement.
