The Health, Culture, and Sports Directorate will provide SKS Meal Scholarships for the 2024-2025 Fall and Spring Academic Terms.

1-Scholarship applications will be submitted by completing the application form available at https://bursbasvuru.iyte.edu.tr between September 30, 2024, and October 11, 2024. The English and Turkish versions of the application guide can be found at the link below our announcement. Students who received a meal scholarship in the previous year must apply again to continue benefiting from the same scholarship and will be re-evaluated.

2-Students who have applied can find out whether they have qualified for the 2024-2025 Fall and Spring Semester meal scholarship provided by the Health, Culture, and Sports Department on October 21, 2024 (Monday). The results will be announced on the IZTECH Main Page under Announcements or by logging into https://bursbasvuru.iyte.edu.tr and checking the results section.

Documents Required for IZTECH Meal Scholarship Application: Students wishing to apply for the IZTECH Meal Scholarship must submit the following documents. These documents should be uploaded in PDF format to the website accessible through the provided link. Wet signatures are not required, and QR code-stamped documents obtained from the E-Government system are acceptable.

1. Certified Family Record Copy: This document must be uploaded from your parent’s (mother’s or father’s) e-Government account in a certified family record format showing the number of siblings.
2. Monthly Salary Statement: For those whose parents are employed or retired.
3. Social Security Institution Registration and Service Statement: For those declaring that their parents are not working, this document must be provided by the Social Security Institution.
4. Rental Contract: For those declaring that their family lives in a rented property.
5. Health Report: If there are chronic illnesses or health conditions, provide a medical report.
6. Document Proving Martyrdom Kinship: For those claiming to be a relative of a martyr.
7. Earthquake Impact Verification: Proof from e-Government showing you were affected by an earthquake.

Students who have applied for the “SKS Meal Scholarship” but were disqualified due to missing documents will also not be eligible for the “IZTECH Foundation Meal Scholarship,” which will be monitored by the IZTECH Rectorate EBU Coordination Office.
