  • 1 credit/debit card money loading device located on the 2nd floor,

Cardless Catering Service (QR Code Entry)

Dining hall users can also benefit from the catering service when they do not have their ID cards with them. In this case, it is sufficient to log in to the Dining Control System web page with their user information and follow the steps ‘Cafeteria Operations > Create QR Code’ on the left menu.

The QR code created is read by the card reading devices located at the entrances of the cafeteria, replacing the identity card and allowing users to benefit from the catering service without a card.

Rules for Benefiting from Catering Service

Students and staff can benefit from the catering service only once on the same day. If the card is used a second time on the same day, the amount of the guest meal fee is automatically charged from the balance loaded on the card.

Scholarship students can benefit from the catering service free of charge between the specified dates without any loading on their cards.

On the website of the Dining Control System, you can view monthly menus, balance movements and reservations specific to certain menus.
